Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary documents published by xx999bet. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

References to "we", "us", or "the Platform" in these Terms & Conditions refer to xx999bet in its capacity as the operator of the gaming services described herein.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player account on xx999bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in the Definitions section and as updated by the Platform from time to time.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not a self-excluded player who has previously requested exclusion from the Platform and whose exclusion period remains active.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee of xx999bet or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• Your participation in real-money gaming is not prohibited by any law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

xx999bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform will result in account suspension pending verification and may result in permanent closure. Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are all subject to the same eligibility requirements without exception.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on xx999bet, you must create a registered Player account. Bonuses & Promotions

These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins awards, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players in good standing only. Players who have a history of bonus abuse, self-exclusion, or account restriction are not eligible for promotional offers.
2. One bonus per promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly structured as a recurring offer (e.g., a weekly reload bonus).
3. Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly marked as "no wagering", all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per promotion) before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in casino games on xx999bet, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing the conduct of gaming and sports betting activity on the Platform.

Sportsbook bets. All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the specific market rules published alongside each event. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Platform's decision on the correct settlement based on official match data and recorded market rules shall be final. The Platform uses verified third-party data feeds for live in-play market settlement.

Casino games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems maintained by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Winnings that exceed this cap within a 24-hour period will be paid up to the cap limit; amounts above the cap will not be paid. This cap applies to both casino winnings and sportsbook payouts.

Errors and technical faults. In the event of a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or technical fault that results in a game or betting market being offered incorrectly, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. The Platform is not obligated to honour bets settled based on manifestly incorrect data or pricing.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

xx999bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• The Player is under 18 years of age or has misrepresented their age during registration.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or collusion with other Players.
• The Player has exploited a technical error, software fault, or pricing mistake to generate winnings the Platform determines to be ineligible under fair play standards.
• The Player's account activity is identified as potentially linked to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has registered from or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Player has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to open a new account in violation of their self-exclusion request.
• The Platform receives a valid legal or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email or in-platform message. During the suspension period, the Player may not place bets, access casino games, or process withdrawals. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and all pending withdrawals processed without undue delay.

Voluntary closure. A Player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Platform's support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from decisions made during gameplay or sports betting, regardless of the circumstances.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidential login credentials.

• Indirect losses arising from changes to the Platform's product offering, bonus programme, or payment methods.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports betting market settlement, provided the Platform acts in good faith based on available data at the time of settlement.

The Platform's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to xx999bet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Amendments. xx999bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
